ABOUT YOGA WITH CAITLIN

Aham Devi

Caitlin was trained in traditional Tantra Yoga, at an Ashram in India. Every class Caitlin teaches is inspired by the authentic and experiential approach that she learned there.

Relaxation is the primary focus of the TriDosha series, allowing you to engage your consciousness through full body meditation. Some poses may be challenging, but you will soon learn how to work through the body's limitations.

The long-term comfort of every participant is important to Caitlin, which is why she incorporates alignment  techniques from Yoga Therapy into each practice. Yogis will also benefit from the Standing Series for Alignment, a sequence of postures that encourages functional  movement and helps you to understand the dynamics of the body.
